Dealpath is looking for a self-motivated Senior Implementation Manager to join our growing team in San Francisco!

As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will own end-to-end SaaS implementations for some of the most sophisticated commercial real estate investors in the world, partnering with customers to configure Dealpath accounts, establish industry best practices, and continuously improve the implementation experience. If you are a self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and finds satisfaction in helping customers succeed, we would love to hear from you.

You're excited about this opportunity because you'll:
  • Efficiently lead 5-6 concurrent Dealpath SaaS implementations for commercial real estate investors, ensuring customers are set up with product and industry best practices
  • Improve existing implementation processes to increase speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Actively identify expansion and growth opportunities within accounts post-implementation
  • Work cross-functionally with Dealpath's product and sales teams to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5-8 years of proven ability to manage end-to-end software implementations, including discovery, complex configurations, and data imports.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
