The Opportunity 

Homecare Homebase is searching for a Manager of Implementation who will help lead a team of trainers/consultants towards success. This leader will aid in our efforts to create a culture of excellence, accountability, and proven outcomes. This person will play a critical role in ensuring growth and development of our team members, as well as meet the implementation expectations of our clients who purchase the best-in-class EMR solution, Homecare Homebase.

The Challenge  

At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Manager of Implementation, you will be responsible for developing and leading a group of trainers/consultants through projects for multi-site locations across the United States.

You will be responsible for:

  • Employee Utilization & Productivity: Optimize team member utilization and productivity through strategic planning and resource management.
  • Performance Management: Oversee employee performance, providing feedback and development opportunities to enhance skills and meet organizational goals.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by managing expectations, addressing concerns, and delivering successful implementations.
  • Quality Improvement: Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Process Development: Develop and refine processes to streamline implementation and improve team effectiveness.
  • Attrition Management: Implement strategies to manage and reduce employee attrition, fostering a stable and motivated workforce.

What We're Looking For

Homecare Homebase's mission is to empower exceptional care for all the clients we serve. The Manager of Implementation supports this mission by providing leadership for the department's people, processes, and technologies as well as supporting our strategic company goals.   

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual who has at least 3 years' experience leading a team, as well as strong experience with HCHB in a Home Health and/or Hospice environment.  The ideal candidate will have the following: 

  • Proven leadership experience supporting the successful management, growth, and development of assigned direct reports within the implementation team
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and creating a positive team culture
  • A strategic mindset to streamline implementation processes, focusing on employee productivity and quality improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to articulate vision and drive results
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate processes for improved adoption and user experience, both for our team and our clients
  • The ability to travel to support the sales process, build customer relationships, provide leadership oversite, and conduct employee quality reviews 

Education and other requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of operational experience using HCHB 
  • At least 3-5 years' experience leading a team
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Located in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
  • Current driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle
