Job Summary

Neumo's Payments division is a rapidly growing software development group supplying revenue collection and credit card processing services to government agencies. We are seeking to expand our team with an enthusiastic, highly motivated, self‑reliant, and professional Technical Implementation Specialist. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Amherst, New Hampshire.

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in configuring, deploying, and integrating our software solutions for clients. Your technical expertise and problem‑solving abilities will ensure the successful implementation and smooth execution of projects, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction. This role requires an understanding of software systems, outstanding organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their business processes, and determine optimal technical solutions.

Education and Experience
