Job description

Location: Downtown Dallas, but you can work anywhere in DFW (On-SIte Only)
Successful completion of our mandatory orientation is required.
Compensation between $14-15/hour based on experience and availability
Job purpose:
The Implementations Specialist position will concentrate on implementing new clinics and providers, as well as developing Clinic Manuals for new providers to be utilized by scribe trainees. The Implementation Specialist will ensure the highest quality training to each trainee and ensure their mastery of the material before being released from training. The Implementations Specialist is responsible for the performance and development of scribes trained at the location. The Implementations Specialist reports to the Director of Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the initial scribe shadow shifts with providers to identify preferences, normals, and preferred clinic flow
  • Continuously communicate scribe program expectations and learning curve details with physicians, PAs, and clinic leaders
  • Provide superior customer service throughout the program set‐up phase and bring the implementation to closure within given timelines
  • Ensure a proper hand-off to the Area Supervisor once the implementation phase is completed
  • Coordinate with the Director of Operations and Area Supervisors regarding any performance, disciplinary issues, and corrective actions during scribe training
  • Coordinate the set-up and execution of training for all new trainees
  • Distribute training and learning materials to ensure scribes have materials needed after training is completed
  • Evaluate training progress and make sure all trainers are providing training updates to the Area Supervisor on their trainees throughout the course of online and on‐site training
  • Monitor trainees’ training progress and provide regular status updates to the Director of Operations and Area Supervisors
  • Participate actively in meetings while providing valuable feedback, as requested by the Director of Operations
  • Assist, as needed, with program set-up logistics, including IT access
  • Assist as needed with initial and post‐program set‐up compliance audits
  • Assist with the development of training materials for various specialties
  • Ensure compliance to time and attendance, as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Assist with other tasks upon request
  • Perform other duties as assigned
