Role Summary

In response to strategic growth initiatives and evolving national security demands, Our Client is seeking a talented Senior Implementation Engineer. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with strategic influence, enabling the organisation to deliver tailored solutions that advance US defence capabilities. By bridging client needs with innovative data-driven technologies, you will play an essential part in shaping critical military and government projects, making a meaningful difference to national security efforts.

Responsibilities


  • Lead the successful deployment and configuration of Our Client's platforms within client environments, ensuring optimal integration of data and technology solutions.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes to enable clients to utilise the platform effectively.
  • Utilise coding languages such as SQL and Python to configure systems, manipulate data, and support solution implementation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with federal clients and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee project teams, guiding execution of implementation plans and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engagement teams to tailor offerings based on client requirements and mission objectives.
  • Drive user engagement by delivering targeted training and support, facilitating data utilisation to deliver mission-critical insights.
  • Produce detailed documentation, including user guides and reference materials customised for each client.
  • Conduct advanced data analyses and develop visualisations to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Present insights and technical solutions to executive audiences including high-level government officials.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of US government processes, defence acquisition life cycle, and supply chain diplomacy to inform project delivery.
  • Support sales activities through product demonstrations and technical expertise.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering skill development and technical proficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience


  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain or hold an active security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., International Relations, Political Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science) or equivalent professional experience (3-7 years).
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python, with practical experience in data manipulation, analysis, and configuration.
  • Demonstrable experience in national security-related data analytics and project implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of defence procurement, acquisition processes, and supply chain management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience engaging with federal government stakeholders and delivering technical solutions to strategic clients.

Desirable Skills & Experience


  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages such as R, Java, GoLang, or React.
