We are seeking aProject Implementation Manager with experience of this domain gained thougheitherproject management,programoperations,patient supporttechnologies, orotherrelevantroles.Exposure toAccess and Affordabilityworkflowsisparticularlyapplicable.

The Project Implementation Manager will be expected to perform the following functions across multiple clients andprojects:

Define and set expectations ofprojectdeliverywithinbroaderprograms,ensuringclient needs are metwhilesettingachievablemilestones based on team capacity.

Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful andtimelyprojectimplementation,managingprogram, operationaland technicaldependencies.

Oversee communication with clientsforspecificproject deliverableswithina wider program,includingrequirementsand otherinputs,negotiation of timelines,contractual documentation,project planning, status reporting, and change orders.

Serve as primary project/escalation contact with internal and external customersfor specifictechnical product components.

Representingthe projectwhileconsultingwithandbringing inteam membersto reach decisions,taking decisionsasappropriate.

Bring continuous improvement byidentifyingandintroducingprojectimprovement opportunities that best matchclientneeds.

Essential Functions

  • Manage projects frominceptionthrough the end of project life cycle whileoptimizingproject timelines,client expectations, and quality

  • Work directly with clients andinternaltechnical and operational leaders tocaptureexpectations andrequirements, proactivelyidentifyingany misalignment

  • Assistbusiness system analystsinrunningrequirements workshops, achieving signed-offBusinessRequirement Documents, projectdocumentationand work instructions

  • Develop project plansincludingtimeline,dependencies, and risk analysis

  • Project implementationin accordance withthe client contracts and business requirements document

  • Coordinate and leadregularclientand internalstatus meetingsto ensure alignment of understanding and progress against deliverables

  • Define,updateand distributestatus reports asappropriate tocommunicatechanging business needs andproject progress

  • Coordinate variouswider programdeliverables withcross-functional groupswithin and external to the organization.i.e.Program Managers,operations, technicalgroups,client stakeholders,and technology partners to ensure smooth delivery of projects

  • Proactively escalate risks and own resolution for any operational issuesimpactingproject schedules

  • Ensure all documentation related to project delivery ismaintainedinappropriate systems

  • Mayparticipatein proposal development and sales/proposal presentations

  • Project management certification preferrable e.g. PMP

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $76,000.00 - $190,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
