  • As an Implementation Consultant, you will act as a short-term, client-facing strategic partner for LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) accounts. Over the course of the engagement, you’ll lead customers through key change management milestones and strategic consulting sessions, ensuring they unlock the full value of their investment in LTS products and programs.
  • You’ll work closely with internal partners, including Sales Account Directors and Customer Success Managers, as well as external stakeholders in the talent acquisition space across corporate and staffing clients. Your role is critical in helping customers successfully adopt, activate, and realize ROI from our most strategic hiring solutions.
  • Location –New York, NY or Chicago, IL (Hybrid – onsite 2 days/week)
Responsibilities:
  • Lead customers through defined implementation engagements, acting as a short-term consultant focused on change management, stakeholder alignment, and solution adoption.
  • Execute and adapt project plans to guide clients through strategic milestones with an eye toward long-term impact.
  • Conduct consultative sessions to help customers navigate change, drive adoption, and align LTS tools with their recruiting strategy.
  • Deliver virtual experiences that are engaging, strategic, and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to represent the voice of the customer, providing feedback to enhance our solutions and future strategy.
  • You’ll be part of a global Implementation Consultant Organization known for creativity, collaboration, and deep functional expertise. Your main partners will be internal Sales Account Directors and Customer Success Managers. Externally, you’ll work with forward-thinking talent acquisition leaders across a diverse range of regions, industries, and company sizes, all of whom have made strategic investments in LinkedIn Talent Solutions and are looking to maximize impact.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience in an Account Management, Implementation, Change Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Consultancy and/or Training role
  • Professional, authentic and confident presence and communication style
  • Experience working with multiple customers flexing strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Consultative approach to training and leading through change
  • Strong ability to derive insight from utilization data to address client goals
  • Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and bright technical aptitude
  • Experience and knowledge of AI and prompt engineering
  • Experience with Dynamics and Smartsheets
