We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join Takt's Customer Success organization and support the successful delivery of customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.

This role is responsible for coordinating implementation activities, configuring the Takt platform, supporting customer onboarding, and ensuring projects remain on track. Implementation Analysts work closely with customers and internal teams to execute implementation plans and deliver high-quality customer launches.

This role is delivery-focused and serves as a key contributor within the implementation process. Post-hypercare, accounts transition to Customer Success for ongoing growth and support.

This role is located in our Reston, VA office and may require up to 25–50% travel.

What You'll Be Doing Implementation Delivery Support
  • Support implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare

  • Assist with project planning, timeline management, task tracking, and status reporting

  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and action items while escalating concerns as needed

  • Help ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to the approved solution design

  • Advocate for your customers in internal prioritization, planning, and execution discussions

Platform Configuration & Customer Onboarding
  • Configure Takt platform features, workflows, and operational structures based on documented requirements

  • Support customer onboarding activities including data collection, setup, validation, and readiness reviews

  • Perform configuration testing and quality assurance to ensure implementation accuracy

  • Document customer requirements, decisions, and implementation outcomes

Integration Coordination
  • Coordinate integration activities with customer stakeholders and internal teams

  • Track integration progress and assist with testing and validation efforts

  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation and go-live preparation

  • Ensure implementation documentation and requirements are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Customer Readiness & Go-Live Support
  • Assist in preparing customers for launch through readiness activities and training coordination

  • Support go-live planning and execution activities

  • Monitor launch progress and assist with issue tracking during hypercare

  • Help ensure customers understand key processes, timelines, and next steps

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Solution Design, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

  • Participate in implementation handoffs and project reviews

  • Share implementation feedback and lessons learned to improve delivery quality and efficiency

  • Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and documentation

What You Should Have
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Implementation, Consulting, Project Coordination, Operations, or related fields

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to learn new software platforms and business processes quickly

Nice to Have
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or labor management environments

  • Familiarity with SaaS software implementations or customer onboarding processes

  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, data imports, or system configuration concepts

  • Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site customers

  • Experience coordinating training, change management, or operational readiness activities

  • Familiarity with tools such as Linear, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, or similar systems

Compensation

A portion of total compensation is variable and intended to reward individual and company performance, including successful customer implementation outcomes and business objectives.
Compensation Range: $75K - $90K
