Full-time

Posted 15 days ago

Job description

Role purposeLead integrated oil, gas, LNG-to-power, pipeline, terminal, storage, refining, or related project-scoping analyses from resource/feedstock and facilities through market/off-take, infrastructure, safeguards, financing, procurement, and implementation.Representative problems this role must solve
  • An upstream opportunity has reservoir, drilling, production, facilities, local-content, market, export, or infrastructure uncertainty.
  • An LNG, pipeline, terminal, storage, refinery, or LNG-to-power chain has interface, capacity, demand, port, power, emissions, safety, schedule, or financing risks.
  • Strong experience in one segment must be integrated with other chain segments rather than treated as complete coverage.
Responsibilities
  • Frame and evaluate integrated resource/feedstock, development concept, facilities, transport, terminal/storage, processing, market/off-take, utilities, safety, emissions, local-content, financing, and implementation assumptions.
  • Identify interface owners, critical-path dependencies, alternatives, failure modes, and data/evidence needs across the chain.
  • Translate findings into phased studies, TOR tasks, cost/schedule inputs, procurement/supplier actions, acceptance criteria, and decision conditions.
  • Integrate with finance, safeguards/process safety, legal/regulatory, country, port/power, and U.S.-supplier specialists.
  • Provide or support independent review within substantiated segment expertise.
Minimum evidence-based qualifications
  • Senior project development, engineering, operations, advisory, feasibility, diligence, or investment experience in upstream oil/gas and/or LNG/midstream/downstream systems.
  • Evidence of integrated-chain decisions, not only a narrow operational specialty.
  • Emerging-market, international, port, pipeline, terminal, LNG-to-power, refining, or petrochemical interfaces are strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety, emissions, local content, procurement, market/off-take, and financing interfaces.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, with written attestation required before proposal inclusion.
  • Demonstrated senior/expert judgment supported by specific project, analysis, decision-product, or implementation evidence—not keyword familiarity alone.
  • Ability to produce concise, defensible written analysis in English and work across technical, commercial, financial, safeguards, institutional, and implementation interfaces.
  • Ability to become available for potential Indo-Pacific travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written mobilization notice following contract award, subject to assignment needs and Government direction.
  • Willingness to disclose availability, employment/contract restrictions, confidentiality obligations, conflicts, noncompetes, country/customer limitations, and relevant intellectual-property constraints.
Evidence to submit
  • Current résumé or CV with dates, employer/client, country, project stage, personal role, methods used, decision product, and outcome for the most relevant assignments.
  • Two to four representative projects demonstrating the required expert judgment and decision-grade products.
  • Countries/regions worked, languages used professionally, travel limitations, and current location.
  • Licenses, registrations, clearances, certifications, publications, or standards experience when relevant to the role.
  • Written permission for Axyde to use and evidence-preservingly reformat the résumé for solicitation 1131PL26R0056, subject to final résumé review if requested.
Application questions
  • Are you a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident? State one; do not upload identity documents at the application stage.
  • May Axyde use your name and evidence-preservingly tailor/reformat your résumé for this specific contingent proposal?
  • Could you become available for required Indo-Pacific travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde's written mobilization notice following contract award? Identify restrictions.
  • Identify current employment, contractual, confidentiality, noncompete, customer, country, or conflict restrictions relevant to this opportunity.
  • Describe the strongest decision product you personally led or independently reviewed and the decision it supported.
  • Map your strongest expertise across upstream, gathering, processing, pipeline, LNG, terminal/storage, power, refining, petrochemicals, market/off-take, and project finance.
  • Describe an interface failure or inconsistency you identified across an oil/gas/LNG project chain.
  • Provide one example of a development concept, feasibility, diligence, TOR, or investment recommendation you led or reviewed.
Important contingent-opportunity noticeThis posting supports a competitive proposal and is not an offer or guarantee of employment, subcontract, assignment, hours, travel, or compensation. Candidate rate requests are collected separately, if requested later, and do not determine Axyde's proposal pricing. Do not submit passports, green cards, Social Security numbers, export-controlled information, customer-proprietary material, or third-party confidential information with the initial application. Axyde will request only the written confirmations and secure evidence needed for proposal release and lawful engagement.
