We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Implementation Project Manager role to ensure the successful onboarding and transformation of our enterprise clients. You will serve as an implementation project manager and a trusted consultant, playing a key role in delivering successful enterprise-level software transformations for hospitality businesses.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers implementations from start-to-finish and ensuring key relationships with our clients are developed and maintained from project inception to 'go live'.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and solving complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as much as creative thinking.
  • Managing the project plan and timelines of the project, reporting status, and identifying risks to management.
  • Gathering customer requirements by liaising with business teams to produce the right specifications before configuring our product.
  • Managing customer and internal resources to drive toward project milestones and overall project execution.
  • Clearly communicating the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions.
  • Participating in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met.

More About You: What Can You Bring?

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, ambitious, and analytical with a proven track record of rolling out enterprise-level transformative software implementations. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

  • 5+ years in a client-facing software implementation project management capacity at a SaaS Software company or consulting firm.
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills (both in-person & virtual), with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to properly scope requirements, identify tasks, and determine the level of effort.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical decisions and their rationales to business unit stakeholders and development teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment (experience working in an international environment desired).
  • Experience with Workforce Management, Payroll, or HRIS systems strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, backlogs, and timelines independently as a self-managing team player.

When and Where You'll Be Doing It

This is a full-time position.

The salary range for this position is $100,000–$120,000 (USD), depending on experience.

This role reports directly to the Director of Implementation, US.

Travel will be required approximately 10% of the time.
