Project Manager - Construction / Installation (Field)
This is not an IT project management role. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in construction environments, data center builds, or equipment installation projects and is comfortable working onsite and traveling as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with construction or data center installation experience to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT.
Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for coordinatinginstallation schedules on construction sites, working with generalcontractors and communicating with both internal and externalstakeholders, including Operations, Engineering, Dealers/Installers, andCustomers. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customersupport inquiries, including warranty claims, technical assistance, andservice-related troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will thrive in afast-paced environment and provide excellent service through proactivecommunication, timely follow-up, and resolution ownership
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this jobsuccessfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialfunctions/duty satisfactorily.   • Manage and maintain customer installation schedules.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics and timelines withcustomers and internal teams.
  • Prepare and gather documentation for submittals andrespond to related inquiries.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to warranty andtechnical support requests.
  • Investigate and resolve product or service issues byclarifying the concern, identifying root cause, and determining the mostefficient solution.
  • Take ownership of issues, including facilitatingcorrections or handoffs to the appropriate department, and ensuring timelyfollow-up through to resolution.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughclear communication and consistent service delivery.
  • Accurately document all communication, resolutions, andfollow-up actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering,Operations, Sales, and other departments as needed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross functionalteams.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time.
  • All other duties as assigned.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Comply with all OSHA, and company safety policies,procedures and requirements.
  • Report to supervision conditions or practices that areeither unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure promptresolution of potential hazards.
  • Attend scheduled safety training.
  • Actively support the organization's efforts to meet orexceed safety goals and plans.
  • Recommend improved safety practices.
  • Practices safe work habits and follows general safetyprocedures such as proper lifting and bending, ergonomics, proper use ofequipment and use of personal protection equipment (PPE).
  • Adheres to and ensures lockout procedures are followedany time the equipment is being cleaned or maintained.

PRODUCT SAFETY AND QUALITY:
  • Responsible for supporting and complying with thecompany's Integrated Management System, which aligns with ISO 9001 (Quality),ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) standards.
  • Promotes a culture of safety, quality, and environmentalresponsibility by following established IMS procedures aligned with ISO 9001,14001, and 45001 standards.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in Project Coordination, CustomerService, or a related client-facing role or 1 year experience with the Companyas a Site Service Installer
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Business,Communications, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevantexperience will be considered.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting or working withina manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or technical documents (CADfamiliarity preferred)

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines withattention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,Outlook).
  • Comfortable working with CAD viewing tools and ERP/CRMplatforms.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and interactwith diverse personalities.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and solutions oriented.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on acomputer.
  • Onsite support of installation projects may requirestanding for up to 8-10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent movement around active construction andinstallation sites, including walking, climbing ladders, and navigating unevensurfaces.
  • Must be able to wear required personalprotective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, andsteel-toe boots.
  • Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk,reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required by the task.
  • Specific vision abilities requiredinclude close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depthperception, and the ability to adjust focus
