Your Mission 

As our Senior Project Manager, you'll lead and inspire teams to deliver ambitious project goals, build lasting partnerships, drive excellence in every phase, innovate for safety and quality, and foster continuous growth for yourself and others.

 Your Role 

         Lead and Inspire: Support and mentor in-house professionals, driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover.

         Win Work, Build Relationships: Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, embodying Dimeo's commitment to integrity and partnership.

         Deliver Excellence: Guide and expedite systems with a relentless focus on budget, safety, schedule, and quality. Resolve major project issues, support operations reporting, and ensure every client objective is met-during and beyond project completion.

         Strategize and Innovate: Develop and implement project safety plans, identify risks, and create strategic solutions. Lead project meetings, establish communication protocols, and drive best-in-class processes for systems startup, testing, commissioning, and training.

         Grow People: Participate in annual performance reviews, mentor  Project Managers and Project Engineers, and commit to ongoing technical and leadership development.
