Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead customer implementation projects involving SQL, Java, networking, Active Directory/LDAP, Windows environments, certificates, and hardware integrations. The Project Manager will own end-to-end project delivery, coordinate technical teams, manage customer communication, and ensure implementations are completed on time and with high quality.
 
Key Responsibilities
•     Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through implementation and go-live.
•     Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource assignments.
•     Coordinate activities across Implementation Analysts, engineering teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
•     Track technical dependencies related to SQL, Java, networking, Active Directory/LDAP, Windows, certificates, and hardware.
•     Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
•     Drive resolution of technical issues by coordinating with the appropriate technical teams.
•     Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear status updates to customers and internal leadership.
•     Manage customer expectations and ensure timely communication of risks, delays, and required actions.
•     Ensure customer prerequisites, infrastructure, access, and technical dependencies are completed as planned.
•     Coordinate implementation, testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
•     Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.
•     Ensure project documentation, action items, decisions, and lessons learned are properly maintained.
 
Required Skills
•     Strong experience managing technical implementation or infrastructure projects.
•     Good understanding of SQL, networking, Windows, Active Directory/LDAP, Java, certificates, and infrastructure concepts.
