As a SaaS Implementation Manager, you will act as both a project leader and an expert advisor, guiding customers through the entire implementation lifecycle of Binocs. Your mission will be to tailor and deliver robust Binocs configurations that seamlessly integrate into the customer's business environment, ensuring measurable impact and long-term success.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead Strategic Implementations:
    • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
    • Follow and refine Binocs' proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs.
  • Analyze and Understand Business Processes:
    • Prepare, lead, and follow up on customer workshops to uncover current set-up (business and dataflow), value expectations, and current way of working
    • Dive deep into the operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with business-savvy Binocs configuration
    • With the internal team, translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the customer's goals.
  • Engage and Educate Stakeholders:
    • Conduct workshops to align diverse teams on project objectives and priorities.
    • Clearly communicate project plans, design choices, and implementation risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design and Configure Solutions:
    • Collaborate with the Solution Team to brainstorm and implement optimal Binocs designs.
    • Perform hands-on configuration, adapting Binocs to fit complex customer requirements.
    • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.
  • Facilitate Change Management:

What You'll Achieve in the First 12 Months
Achieve Binocs Expert Certification: Complete the Binocs Expert Certification Track within your first 6 weeks, equipping you to deliver confident, expert-level guidance to customers during implementations.
Deliver Your First End-to-End Implementation: Lead your first full implementation project, including workshops, configuration, and project management. Successfully transition the customer from their current way of working to an optimized Binocs-enabled process.
Guide Customers to Operational Excellence: Enable customers to unlock the full potential of Binocs' features, such as AI-enhanced scheduling, workload leveling, and dynamic forecasting, by tailoring configurations to their specific needs.
Facilitate Seamless Integrations: Support customers in integrating Binocs with their existing systems (LIMS, ERP, QMS, etc.), ensuring a smooth data flow and full alignment with their workflows.
Build Strong Customer Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes such as reduced turnaround times or optimized resource allocation.
Lead Multiple Projects Simultaneously: Manage up to two active implementation projects at any given time, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
Develop Repeatable Best Practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Binocs' implementation methodology by capturing lessons learned, refining processes, and creating tools that streamline future projects.
Drive Customer Success Post-Implementation: Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff, tracking early adoption metrics and addressing any post-implementation challenges to maximize value realization for customers.
