Are you an organized and motivated construction professional looking to grow your career? We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction project management experience who is ready to lead projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and budget goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct project status reviews and analyze project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan and lead pre-construction meetings while documenting action items and ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules that align with the overall master schedule.
  • Manage subcontract agreements and equipment procurement to support project timelines.
  • Prepare project estimates and verify accurate cost tracking within the project management system.
  • Submit monthly contract billings and manage project cash flow.
  • Communicate project updates and issues to management promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams while resolving conflicts professionally.
  • Perform regular job site visits, inspections, and monitor construction progress.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering field (Required).
