Rate of Pay: $15.12 to $33.64 hourly DOE

Job Summary
The Service Coordinator handles extensive customer contact, both internal and external. Team is responsible for day-to-day monitoring and interactions associated with Washington Joint Pole activity. Responsible for daily activities associated with OSP M6 tasks/functions. Required to investigate and process Plant Damage Claims to Ziply Fiber plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties performed.
•Responsible for monitoring, updating and completing OSP tasks within M6 and handling associated escalations.
•Serves as point of contact with partner utilities for making pole attachment requests, updating system tickets, paying invoices associated with these activities, including any other joint pole and easement activities this may include.
•Inputs and collects Plant Damage Report for damages to Ziply Fiber plant for possible reimbursement. This includes taking initial report from field, analyzing for what documents will be associated, collecting appropriate documents, working with the field throughout the damage project life, monitoring project for all work complete.
•Inputs and compiles data into tracking system and maintains commitment files; completes records as appropriate.
•Follows all appropriate laws, Company policies, and procedures.
•Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization
Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED.
•Fundamental knowledge of job-related equipment, plant, tools, products, services, symbols, records, and applicable techniques & applications.
•Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skill.
•Demonstrated effective organizational skills.
•Results obtained in standard tests for this position must meet minimum requirements established by the Company, in accordance with Company policy.
•Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
•Basic keyboarding skills, including both alphabetic and numeric input.
•Flexibility to work varied hours and days as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.
•Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
•Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

•Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.
•Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a modern office setting.
