You will own the critical window between "Signed Contract" and "Successful Go-Live." Your goal is to transform complex internal setups into a seamless, high-touch onboarding journey that builds immediate trust and long-term loyalty.
What You’ll Do
- Orchestrate the Launch: Lead the end-to-end implementation of new accounts, serving as the "command center" for every kickoff, milestone, and final delivery.
- Sync Cross-Functional Teams: Act as the glue between Sales, Operations, and IT. You’ll ensure internal requirements are met accurately and in the right sequence so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Be the Customer’s Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact. You will translate technical jargon into clear, "customer-friendly" updates, ensuring clients always know exactly where their project stands.
