Job description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding
  • Conduct kickoff meetings and gather business processes and requirements
  • Guide clients on best practices for implementing and configuring SaaS products
  • Perform basic project management activities, including scope, communications, risk, opportunity, and change management
  • Customize system settings, workflows, and integrations to meet client requirements
  • Use out-of-the-box functionality to minimize customizations
  • Prepare data and carry out initial data loads in Excel
  • Write simple scripts and author ad hoc customer reports
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support
  • Support a seamless transition from sales to product adoption
  • Develop and deliver client training sessions
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Identify, troubleshoot, elevate, and resolve implementation issues
  • Contribute to improving implementation processes and methodologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices
