Job Title: Project Manager - Infrastructure Services
Job Location- Pontiac, MI- Hybrid (Expected onsite presence of 2 days per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple Infrastructure Services projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership and accountability for project assignments, ensuring successful delivery of complex infrastructure and network initiatives. This role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple infrastructure and network-related projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, timelines, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Identify resource requirements and coordinate with leadership to secure necessary project resources.
  • Track project progress, workloads, milestones, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including vendor evaluations, scoring matrices, and product selection activities.
  • Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), Scope of Deliverables, and related project documentation.
  • Facilitate project governance activities including risk management, issue tracking, action item management, and status reporting.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Develop and execute communication plans for project stakeholders, end users, and IT teams.
  • Monitor and report project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring project objectives are achieved.
  • Support the development, enhancement, and adherence to project management processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Drive customer-focused project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise infrastructure and network projects.

1. Enterprise Network Implementation Management

  • Knowledge of infrastructure readiness assessments, deployment planning, and implementation coordination.

2. WAN Connectivity & Carrier Circuit Coordination

  • Experience managing WAN implementations and connectivity projects.
  • Ability to coordinate with telecommunications providers and monitor circuit delivery timelines and readiness activities.

3. Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization

  • Experience supporting network modernization and refresh initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Cisco switching environments, routing and switching concepts, and secure connectivity implementations.

4. Network Cutover & Migration Planning

  • Experience managing enterprise network migrations and cutover activities.
  • Ability to coordinate traffic transitions, stabilization efforts, and business-critical migration events.

5. Network Security & Access Infrastructure Projects

  • Experience managing projects involving secure connectivity, enterprise authentication, access infrastructure, DDoS mitigation, and malware defense initiatives.
