We do this by creating a culture of accountability, aligning our strategies and policies with the company's goals, vision, and values, and exceeding customer expectations by putting the right people in the right seats. Join us and be a part of our exciting journey towards growth and excellence.

About the Role:

This role owns the execution of telematics installation rollouts from kickoff through completion. The Project Manager coordinates internal teams and external partners, manages financial performance, and ensures customers are informed, aligned, and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of telematics installation projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met from kickoff through closeout.
    Condensed: Own project execution lifecycle

  • Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve delivery processes to drive better project outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:
A highly accountable project leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to keep projects on track without constant oversight. This person communicates clearly, manages details without losing the big picture, and takes ownership of outcomes. They are comfortable working across teams, solving problems proactively, and ensuring both the customer and internal teams are set up for success.

Nice to Have:
Experience with large-scale telematics or fleet technology rollouts, familiarity with field service environments, and exposure to process improvement initiatives are all valuable in this role. Candidates who have worked in high-volume, multi-site deployments or have supported national accounts will stand out.

Who Shouldn’t Apply:
This role is not a fit for someone who needs constant direction, avoids difficult conversations with customers or partners, or struggles to stay organized across multiple moving projects. If you tend to react to problems instead of getting ahead of them, or if financial accountability is not something you’ve owned directly, this role will feel overwhelming.

  • Project financial management and forecasting
  • Quickbase and Excel proficiency for tracking and reporting
