This role manages a team responsible for the end-to-end execution of market, vertical, and segment-specific product initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, operational readiness, and successful implementation.

Job Description Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for operationalizing product needs including legislative, compliance, and market, segment, and vertical-driven initiatives
  • Partner with enterprise leaders to align business objectives, influence strategic direction, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Translate product strategy into execution plans, managing priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive execution of product strategies by aligning cross-functional teams, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Analyze market, portfolio, and competitive trends to identify opportunities, inform decision making, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive change management and adoption of product, system, and enterprise initiatives while championing innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years healthcare operations experience
  • 4–6+ years in medical product development with deep knowledge of medical benefits and plan designs
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into business recommendations
  • Proven ability to lead/project manage cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
  • People leadership experience
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
