Position Overview
Lead the business implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Over the first three months, serve as the business implementation lead partnering with the external integrator. Following stabilization, transition into the permanent Senior Buyer role supporting procurement excellence for a growing FDA/cGMP manufacturing operation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing supply chain experience.
  • 5+ years in procurement, planning or supply chain.
  • ERP implementation experience: Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM strongly preferred.
  • Food, beverage, nutraceutical or regulated manufacturing preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, IT and implementation partner.
  • Lead UAT, SOP alignment, training, cutover planning and go-live readiness.
  • Support Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Master Planning and Manufacturing modules.
  • Ensure lot traceability, shelf-life management, inventory integrity and FDA/cGMP compliance.
  • Procure ingredients, raw materials and packaging while developing qualified supplier partnerships.
  • Drive inventory optimization, service levels and continuous improvement.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed.
