Job description

Title: District Manager, Modular Home Retail Locations
Reports to: Vice President, Michael Green, Corey's Construction
Company: Employed by Ritz-Craft, Managed by Corey's Construction
Working Hours & Location: Monday through Friday full-time at Corey's Construction Office in Waynesboro, PA with travel minimum of 2 weeks per month
Role Summary:
The District Manager will oversee multiple Ritz-Craft retail locations, ensuring consistent sales, marketing, operations, and training performance. This role provides hands-on leadership by spending at least one week per month on-site at each location, supporting staff, operational processes, and job-site crews to deliver a turnkey product. The District Manager will drive sales growth, implement strategies, monitor key performance metrics, and act as the primary liaison between ownership and each location, while coaching teams, maintaining compliance, and promoting high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring alignment with Ritz-Craft and Corey's Construction standards
  • Manage & drive sales performance & across all locations
  • Lead marketing initiatives, including local campaigns, promotions, & events
  • Implement operational processes, training programs, & sales strategies consistently across locations
  • Support Job-site Crews in offering a turnkey product, increasing profit margins & building in-house crews versus the use of subcontractors
  • Spend at least one week per month on-site at each retail location to support staff & operations
  • Support equipment, staffing & property needs as the liaison between ownership & each location
  • Monitor & report key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth
  • Coach, mentor, & develop each location staff to ensure high performance & customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, & quality standards

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in multi-location retail or district management with strong leadership, coaching, & team development skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, & problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, & operations; residential construction workflow knowledge is a plus & can be trained
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, & able to work independently
  • Able to travel frequently, navigate job sites, & maintain a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Strong computer & technology skills
  • Availability for occasional evening & weekend meetings or events
