We're seeking a strategic and operationally focused Corporate Travel Manager to lead our travel operations team, drive service excellence, and shape the future of our travel program. What You'll Do
As the Corporate Travel Manager, you'll provide overall leadership for travel operations while driving improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and business performance. You'll partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the travel function supports organizational objectives while delivering exceptional service to travelers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all Travel Services operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
  • Establish departmental goals and strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs, service quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement process improvements, automation tools, reporting solutions, and travel technologies that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and service-level performance.
  • Oversee travel budgets and ensure cost-effective management of travel expenditures.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that provide leaders with visibility into operational performance and trends.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies, vendor agreements, industry regulations, and duty-of-care requirements.
  • Support complex travel needs and provide operational guidance during periods of increased demand.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the travel industry, including experience as a travel agent or in a similar travel operations role.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational strategy.
  • Proven success leading operational improvements, change management initiatives, and team development efforts.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and budget oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage KPIs and reporting to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Worldspan, Sabre, and/or Travelport+.
  • Expertise in complex ticketing, exchanges, and travel operations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of travel policies, compliance requirements, and travel industry best practices.
