As a PatientPoint Implementationย Manager, you will lead theย end-to-endย installationย andย productย implementation for all new customers, serving as a critical liaison between our Sales, Fieldย Techniciansย and Clients. You willย be responsible forย ensuring aย seamless and efficientย transition from sale to service, delivering a high-quality experience that sets the tone for long-term customer success.ย ย 

ย  Whatย You'llย Do:ย ย 

  • Strategic Program and Construction Oversight:ย Provide comprehensive planning and strategic direction for program rollouts, including oversight of construction and facility readiness activities. Coordinate with contractors, facilities, Projectย Managementย and internal/ external stakeholders to align project milestones,ย identifyย key success factors, manageย dependenciesย and proactively mitigate risks to support successful go-lives in healthcare facilities.ย ย 
  • Primary Point of Contact:ย Serve as the central liaison for new customer implementations, managing timelines, adherence to standardsย and owning all communications throughout theย installationย journey to ensureย a seamlessย experience.ย 
  • Tailored Rollout Recommendations:ย Deliver customized rollout strategies that align with customer needs, internal resources, and long-term scalabilityย objectives.ย 
  • ERP & Project Coordination:ย Manage all logistical and operational aspects within the ERP system and project plans toย maintainย accurateย tracking and execution.ย 
  • Team Supervision & Installation Management:ย Oversee technicians and field teams to ensure high-quality, efficient on-site installations and issue resolution.ย 
  • Technical Subject Matter Expertise:ย Act as SME for network infrastructure and requirements, ensuring all configurations and specifications are met to support successful deployments.ย 
  • Issue Resolution:ย Proactivelyย identifyย and resolve technical and logistical challenges to minimize disruptions andย maintainย project momentum.ย 
  • Conduct In Field Visits:ย Performย ad hocย on-site assessments to evaluate infrastructure, gather technicalย requirementsย and ensure site readiness for implementation.ย ย 

ย What We Need:ย 

  • 3+ years of experience leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects in customer-facing environments.ย 
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployments across multiple sites, ensuring alignment between client requirements, project timelines, and technical execution.ย 
  • Track recordย of successfully guiding client relationships through all phases of deployment - from pre-installation planning through go-live support.ย 
  • Strong skills in setting expectations andย maintainingย high levelsย of customer satisfaction.ย 
  • Hands-on experience in construction management, including coordination with subcontractors, blueprint reviews, site readiness oversight, and collaboration with building stakeholders.ย 
  • Effective at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders; experienced with ERP systems andย hardware/software network installations.ย 
  • Experienced in conducting field site assessments and managing deploymentย logistics, including installation readiness and equipment configuration.ย 
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.ย
