 Responsibilities of a Senior TIS:

  • Lead process discovery, customer goal definition, and change management sessions to design and deliver configurations, integrations, training, and testing strategies that drive successful adoption
  • Architect and deploy complex configuration solutions across standard and custom integrations, serving as a technical subject matter expert for the team
  • Partner consultatively with customers to define and optimize quoting workflows, leveraging deep knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and manufacturing best practices
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in P3L and Python, building scalable, maintainable, and productized solutions through structured problem-solving
  • Integrate and analyze complex customer data (e.g., Excel, APIs) to support advanced workflows and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Lead complex implementations by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, partnering with Implementation Project Managers (IPMs) to align timelines with realistic effort and customer needs
  • Act as a primary escalation point for at-risk projects and complex customer scenarios, providing decisive technical and consultative guidance
  • Champion continuous improvement by establishing and evolving configuration standards, delivery processes, and documentation to increase speed, quality, and consistency
  • Mentor and coach team members while influencing cross-functional stakeholders, elevating both technical execution and consultative engagement across the organization

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in manufacturing consulting, technical implementation, solutions engineering, or equivalent customer-facing development role
  • Proven track record of leading customer-facing discovery sessions to define business and technical requirements
  • Proven expert-level proficiency in a computational environment or programming language. (Python preferred, other languages or Excel considered)
