Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Implementation Specialist to design, deploy, and support Zscaler security solutions across enterprise environments. The role focuses on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and associated security capabilities aligned to Zero Trust Architecture.
Key Responsibilities/Mandatory Skills:
implementation of Zscaler solutions, including:
Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
Inline Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Advanced Threat Protection & Sandbox
Cloud Firewall (FWaaS)
Browser Isolation
Implement Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure remote access to private applications hosted in:
On-premises Data Centers
Public/private cloud environments
Design and enforce Zero Trust access policies using identity-based controls and MFA integrations.
Configure SSL inspection, URL filtering, and security policies based on enterprise requirements.
Integrate Zscaler with:
Identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
Endpoint platforms
SaaS applications
Support secure third-party/vendor access using ZPA with least-privilege controls.
Troubleshoot access, performance, and policy issues; provide post-implementation support.
Collaborate with internal security, network, and application teams during rollout and transition to operations.
