AHA Insurance Network, based in Kentucky, has a new opportunity for an Agency Growth Coach. Under the general direction of the Regional President of the Southeast Region, the Agency Growth Coach is directly responsible for Member Agency growth initiatives and Strategic Partner Company organic growth, within the assigned territory. The Agency Growth Coach is a sales champion focused relentlessly on increasing Member Agency income.
The Day to Day
  • Facilitate onboarding for all new member agencies primarily focused on strategic partner companies (SPC) sales production.
  • Oversee implementation as designed via the Agency Foundation Program for all new start-up members.
  • Tirelessly coach assigned members on innovative ways to increase new CL & PL production, including their prospecting and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and document regular coaching sessions with member agencies to maximize member income opportunities.
  • Be an expert on the use of the SIAA Income Calculator to support and illustrate the financial advantages of placing premium with Strategic Partner Companies.
  • Champion Strategic Partner Premium (SPC) growth, and achieve set profitability standards within a defined territory, or group of members.
  • Manage market access by assisting in obtaining direct Strategic Partner Company appointments as needed or warranted by individual members.
  • Discuss and document perpetuation options with all members at various lifecycles of their membership.
  • Identify and implement book consolidation plans focusing on the movement of non-partner premium to Strategic Partner Companies.
  • Frequent communication with team to ensure unified efforts are focused on the common goals of the territory/member.
  • Proficient with Technology and tech stacks used to accelerate agency growth.
  • Use follow-up processes and procedures with agencies to document and track discussions.
  • Attendance and participation in all Master Agency Annual meetings
  • Promote the SIAA Training & Learning Center (TLC)
  • Other duties as directed

Minimum Qualifications Education and/or Experience
    • Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or four plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Property and casualty insurance company, wholesale insurance, and/or agency experience required.
    • Ability to travel.
    • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
    • Comfortable with independent work as well as being a team leader.
    • Must have ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and to larger groups via multiple mediums.
    • Must successfully complete the Profiles Sales Assessment - Performance Model Analysis.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
    • Property and Casualty License - strongly preferred.
    • Insurance Designations preferred.
