Two openings! Part Time Sales Associates (approximately-30 hours/week)  *This is NOT a seasonal role*

We are looking for a team player who is strong in sales and customer service, ready to help grow the Orangetheory Fitness brand in the Westlake Village community!  If you have a proven track record of sales and customer service skills, thrive on being a team player, and are passionate, positive, and loves helping people reach their goals, then keep reading!

Here are the details of a Sales Associate role:
  • Prospecting to potential members
  • Selling OTF memberships
  • Create a welcoming studio environment by making sure everyone is treated with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
  • Present the OTF story, brand and workout to any interested clients, and lead studio tours
  • Effectively onboard first timers
  • Be the face of the studio by handling all communication and administrative tasks, including responding to client communications, effectively and quickly handling administrative tasks, and taking initiative to do what it takes to make the studio run smoothly at all times.
  • Work hand-in-hand with OTF coaches to guide first timers through their Orangetheory workout
  • Grow the studio’s client base, through membership sales, proactively seeking referrals, and providing the optimum client experience
  • Daily outreach to prospective clients
  • Handle members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
  • For outdoor workouts, move fitness equipment daily in and out of the Studio (be able to lift 45lbs)
  • Implement and follow appropriate COVID protocols/practices and ensure health and safety standards at all times
  • Help ensure daily content for our Social Media channels
