Could you be our next Associate Director of Development at Bryn Mawr Hospital?

  • Make an Impact! Reporting to the Executive/Director of Development, the Associate Director will develop and implement plans to identify, cultivate, and solicit new prospects and donors for annual/sustaining gifts, with specific goals to be met. The Associate Director, will assist the Director of Development in the staffing of the Foundation Board's Committees.
  • Develop and Grow your Career! Invest in furthering your education through seeking certifications or advanced degrees by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.
  • Get Involved! You have the opportunity to work with and collaborate with many different departments within and outside of Main Line Health. Your key working relationships would be: Foundation Board members and other fundraising volunteers, donors, vendors, patients, physicians, patient families, department managers, employees within department, other affiliates.
