This role collaborates with case managers, teachers, administrators, school psychologists, and the Behavior Intervention Development (BID) Specialist to analyze progress, communicate updates, and support students in meeting their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals. The BII Specialist implements and monitors Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), reinforces appropriate behaviors, and tracks prescribed BII services.

By addressing the behavioral and social-emotional needs of students with disabilities, the BII Specialist helps create a supportive school environment that fosters student success. Requirements / Qualifications What you'll Bring Minimum: The equivalent of graduation from high school* and one of the following: Completion of at least two years of study (48 semester units or 60 quarter units) at an institution of higher education OR Attainment of an Associate of Arts degree or higher Verification will be required for high school graduation, college units, and degrees.
