As a Workday Adaptive Planning Implementation Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency by implementing and managing the Workday enterprise performance management software suite. This role involves working closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. In this role within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to make informed insights and recommendations.

What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
  • At least one Workday Pro certification preferably Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Project Management, or Engagement Management
What Sets You Apart
  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning and Integrations
  • Completion of at least 4 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments while managing multiple projects

Salary

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
