Physician - Interventional Cardiology

This physician will join an employed physician group of over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Community Physician Network is seeking a team-oriented & skilled Interventional Cardiologist who is motivated to make a difference in their community. Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.

· Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 49 Cardiologists, 4 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 7 Vascular Surgeons, and approximately 50 APPs.

· Fully integrated advanced program offering all services with the exception of transplantation

· Chest pain accreditation with 24/7 STEMI coverage, structural heart program, impella program, heart failure program, cardio-oncology, & pulmonary hypertension.

· Based primarily at Community Hospital South with outreach some outreach opportunities in the south market
