These positions can be found in non-profits, social enterprises, government agencies, or companies with a strong corporate social responsibility focus. Impact jobs may involve areas such as sustainability, community development, social justice, or global health. People in these roles work to address pressing societal issues and help drive meaningful progress in their communities or sectors.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in impact analysis roles, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in impact analysis roles often encounter challenges such as gathering reliable data, quantifying intangible outcomes, and effectively communicating results to diverse stakeholders. Addressing these challenges typically involves developing strong data collection processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on best practices in measurement and reporting.
