Impact Initiatives are projects or programs designed to create positive social, environmental, or economic change within communities or organizations. These initiatives often focus on measurable outcomes, such as improving education, reducing poverty, or promoting sustainability. People working in Impact Initiatives typically assess needs, design interventions, collaborate with stakeholders, and track results to ensure their work makes a meaningful difference. The field is interdisciplinary, and roles may exist in nonprofits, government agencies, or private companies committed to corporate social responsibility.
