Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Compounding Manager responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and production support personnel. The role involves direct management tasks and active participation in production activities, ensuring smooth operations in compounding processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct manager to technicians and production support personnel.
  • Perform production activities as needed, acting as a player-coach.
  • Oversee 6+ Compounding Technicians and 3+ Production Support Technicians.
  • Report directly to the Pharmacy in Charge (PIC).
  • Engage in compounding activities 40% of the time and oversee administrative tasks like labeling and visual inspection 60% of the time.
  • Opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager role as the company expands.

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma / GED required.
  • 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Experience in sterile manufacturing preferred (e.g., Quva, Empower, Lonza).
  • Direct report experience is essential.
  • GMP manufacturing experience is a must.
  • The more leadership experience, the better.

Schedule
Normal working hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

  • 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
