The Director, Advanced Analytics will lead a team responsible for delivering insights, tools, and analytical solutions that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. This leader will translate complex data into clear recommendations, establish priorities across a broad portfolio of work, and ensure analytics investments deliver measurable impact. The role combines people leadership, business partnership, and technical expertise to advance analytics capabilities, accelerate AI adoption, expand self-service solutions, and foster a proactive, business-focused analytics culture.

Our team drives eCommerce and site analytics strategies by turning data into actionable insights, smarter decisions, and measurable business outcomes. We support efforts to improve the customer journey, optimize conversion, and fuel growth across key business areas. We are building stronger analytics foundations, expanding self-service capabilities, and leveraging AI to increase efficiency and scale insights. Our goal is to be trusted thought partners who challenge assumptions, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and help the business focus on actions that drive results.
What you'll do:
  • Lead eCommerce analytics initiatives that improve customer experience, conversion, and business performance.
  • Develop scalable data models, analytical frameworks, and AI-enabled solutions that support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Site Experience, Site Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, and business leaders to influence priorities and drive outcomes.
  • Manage a high-impact analytics roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives and stakeholder needs.
  • Deliver trusted insights through data analysis, dashboards, and self-service tools.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive action and challenge assumptions.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing analytics team while promoting collaboration, integrity, ethical standards, and continuous learning.

  • Experience leading analytics teams supporting eCommerce, merchandising, site experience, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, business intelligence, visualization, and AI expertise.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions through cross-functional partnerships and clear business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams and fostering continuous learning.
  • Skilled at prioritizing competing demands and delivering impactful analytics solutions.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and self-service capabilities to improve productivity and scale insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
