Job Summary:
Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. They are seeking a SAP Project Manager to lead S/4 Upgrade and Migration engagements, focusing on managing complex ERP projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Demonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client-aligned projects
• Expertise in managing complex ERP projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and progress monitoring
• Problem-solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and delivery

Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in SAP engagement and project management experience working with large SAP programs
• Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles with hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs
• The candidate is expected to play the role of Program Manager for S/4 Upgrade & Migration engagements
• Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery
• Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
• Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Preferred:
• Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management
• Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
• Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of Hi-Tech industry is a big plus
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
• Experience in working in Global delivery model will be an added advantage
• Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
• Strong English verbal and written skills
• Strong interpersonal & client management skills
