The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP serves as a change agent and employee champion, delivering value-added service to management and employees in areas such as performance management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning. This position requires an adept professional capable of understanding challenges and opportunities, objectives, and culture that can convert strategies into action and drives change management initiatives to ensure acceptance and implementation.

How success is defined:
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues, team dynamics, and leadership development.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Lead or support talent acquisition strategies in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

  • Partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Promote and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. Including participation in company sponsored events.

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP, HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, multi-state, and local employment and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach and collaborate with leaders across all levels.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven and highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools
  • Manufacturing, distribution and/or luxury retail experience a plus
  • Ability to look at issues from a business lens and then apply HR knowledge and expertise in achievement of effective solutions
  • Ability to influence, coach, negotiate, and compromise to achieve successful outcomes for all parties
  • Strong leadership and team building abilities
  • Additional projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $110,000
