Bilingual (English/Spanish)Immigration/litigation Attorney 
 
  
Seeking an immigration attorney for our growing practice. 
For the past 27 years, our firm has been servicing our communities, nation, and the world with pride and much success. The Law office of Anthony A. Fatemi, LLC is looking to hire an immigration attorney to assist our growing/expanding immigration department in the area of employment-based, family-based, and deportation defense cases.  Candidates must be licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (preferred the state of MD) and have 5-7-years’ experience.  Proficiency in the Spanish language is a must.  Candidates must also have excellent client communication skills, strong writing, and analytical skills. In addition, candidates must have the ability to work as a team player, pay attention to detail, and have sound judgment with excellent work behavior.  Finally, candidates must be proficient in AILA Link, Westlaw, Lexis, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the law firm with our growth in the areas of Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Defense and Business law
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents for submission to courts
  • Conduct client's consultation and issue spotting
  • Be a team player with other members to advance the firm's clients' needs

Candidates must also have excellent client communication skills, strong writing, and analytical skills. In addition, candidates must have the ability to work as a team player, pay attention to detail, and have sound judgment.  Finally, candidates must 
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the Spanish language is a must
  • Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of MD 
  • Candidates must have 3-5 years law related experience
  • Candidates who speaks Spanish are preferred.
  • Candidates must have excellent client communication and writing skills
  • Candidates must  be proficient in AILA Link, Westlaw, Lexis, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
