Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a financial analyst you will participate in the Accelerator Program and complete a 2-year Assignment program, spending 8 months in each of the below areas:
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Operational Excellence
  • Innovative Outlook

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Reporting and maintaining weekly P&L, forecasting, compensation analysis, etc
  • Maintain high quality business reports using the latest Oracle tools such as Data Visualization, Sales Intelligence as well as financial database systems (Hyperion)
  • Collect and analyze data for financial analysis
  • Draw insights by visualizing, mining, and synthesizing data
  • Identify/recommend process improvements
  • Compose and present data-driven recommendations to the finance team
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management
  • Responsible for accomplishing tasks in a complete and timely manner

What You'll Bring

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.82 to $50.43 per hour; from: $53,700 to $104,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
