We are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and client-centered legal services to individuals facing complex immigration challenges. Our team is passionate about advocacy, justice, and protecting our clients' rights at every stage of the process.


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Immigration Attorney to join our growing legal team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for attorneys with experience in affirmative (USCIS) and/or defensive (EOIR) immigration matters who are looking to grow within a collaborative, litigation-focused environment.


Key Responsabilities

Core Responsibilities (All Levels)

  • Represent clients before USCIS and EOIR in affirmative and defensive immigration matters.
  • Manage a caseload of immigration cases, ranging from routine to highly complex.
  • Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to each client's immigration situation.
  • Prepare and file petitions, applications, motions, briefs, and supporting evidence.
  • Appear at court and agency proceedings, including Master Calendar Hearings, Individual Hearings, bond hearings, and USCIS interviews.
  • Draft legal arguments, affidavits, motions, and responses to RFEs and NOIDs.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in immigration law and procedure.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure legal quality and compliance.
     

Additional Responsibilities for More Experienced Attorneys

  • Lead complex removal defense cases, including matters involving criminal bars, fraud issues, and complex eligibility challenges.
  • Handle advanced litigation and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
  • Act as lead counsel and final decision-maker in high-stakes court and agency appearances.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to Associate Attorneys and Paralegals.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Attorney on litigation strategy, best practices, and legal quality standards.
     

Requirements

Requirements

Required (All Applicants)

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Experience handling U.S. immigration matters before USCIS and/or EOIR.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and client-centered representation.

Preferred for Senior-Level Candidates

  • Significant experience in removal/deportation defense and EOIR litigation.
  • Experience with BIA appeals and complex waivers (I-601 / I-212).
  • Experience handling detained removal proceedings.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor attorneys and support staff.
  • Spanish fluency (preferred, not required).
