Corporate Immigration Attorneys is a business immigration firm that specializes in helping immigrants with extraordinary abilities apply for work sponsorship to work in the US. The majority of our clients are innovators or researchers in technology development, medical, or scientific research.
We are looking for case managers to help prepare, manage, organize, and send out business immigration applications to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This is an excellent opportunity for law school graduates who are still in the process of getting their bar license. We provide training and exposure to the field of federal law and offer candidates the opportunity to be promoted to attorney once they acquire their bar license. Ideal applicants should be able to work full-time 40 hours every week in the office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be able to converse with clients in Mandarin Chinese, as well as be able to read and transcribe written Chinese
  • Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials
  • Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
  • Reply to client messages in the case management system
  • Work on reference letter projects
  • Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish client's projects on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Spanish fluency highly preferred
  • Must have a JD or LLM degree
  • Bar license not required
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
