Fan Ambassadors (Guest Services Team Members) ensure the highest level of hospitality by welcoming and assisting guests throughout their entire journey-from arrival to departure. This includes greeting and scanning tickets, supporting ticket and retail sales, answering questions, and creating a warm, engaging environment for every guest. This role also supports overall venue operations by assisting with wayfinding, event setup and breakdown, answering phone inquiries, and helping maintain a safe, organized environment for all guests and team members.
Responsibilities:

โ€ข Deliver exceptional, service-oriented hospitality to all guests from arrival through departure

โ€ข Consistently engage Fans (guests), team members, and leaders with a friendly, professional, and optimistic approach

โ€ข Support food and beverage operations by running food and assisting with bussing tables as needed

Experience:
โ€ข Previous guest services and/ or retail experience is preferred but not required.
โ€ข Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
โ€ข Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
โ€ข Must be of legal age to work unrestricted hours as outlined by local ordinances and state laws.
โ€ข Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
โ€ข Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
โ€ข Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
โ€ข Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
โ€ข Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
โ€ข Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
