Job Description

This position involves entry level production work in a warehouse environment. As a Mailroom Production Associate, you'll work with automated mailing equipment that prepares and processes ballot mailings. Responsibilities include:

• Loading envelopes and materials into mail inserter machines
• Monitoring equipment to ensure smooth production
• Verifying print quality and accuracy of mailing information
• Clearing minor paper jams and resolving basic machine issues
• Removing and organizing completed mail packets
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following written instructions and quality standards

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Must be able to speak and communicate in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
