Immediate Opening for a Temporary Electronics Assembly & Lab Support Technician in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Temporary Electronics Assembly & Lab Support Technician to join our client's team. This role supports our Electronics and Calibration Labs by assembling electronic monitoring devices, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining an organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows procedures carefully, and takes pride in accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in the Electronics and Calibration Labs.
  • Assemble electronic monitoring devices, including:
    • Assembling device cases
    • Applying labels
    • Installing batteries
    • Prepare finished products for customer shipment by:
    • Performing visual inspections
    • Completing required paperwork
    • Applying shipping labels
    • Safely handling customer equipment
    • Packaging and boxing products
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of laboratory work areas.
  • Follow written procedures and work instructions accurately.
  • Ensure correct parts are selected and assembled, paying close attention to similar part numbers (for example, distinguishing between TL01-N and TL01-N Plus).
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or electronics experience is required.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Duration: Temporary assignment for approximately 3–4 months, with the possibility of extension based on workload.
