This full-time, remote position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 80,000 based on experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans to address specific issues.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing.
  • Maintain a collaborative approach by working closely with psychiatrist, case managers, and other professionals to ensure clients receive cohesive and coordinated care.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients during acute distress or emergency situations, helping manage risk and potential harm.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives that foster awareness and understanding of mental health issues to reduce stigma and promote well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your professional skills will enable you to employ culturally competent practices that honor the unique backgrounds and experiences of every client, ensuring effective engagement and support.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity in order to provide effective care to individuals from various demographic backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of prior experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document assessments and treatment plans efficiently.
  • Previous involvement in community mental health initiatives or programs addressing social determinants of health.
