Work Environment

This full-time remote position enables you to work flexible hours while ensuring coverage during regular business hours and occasional evenings as necessary. You will primarily liaise with clients via telehealth platforms, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while effectively addressing mental health needs. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying needs, and creating tailored treatment plans designed to facilitate recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques by delivering therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Partner with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic treatment, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive care.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively by providing immediate support and intervention to clients in distress, utilizing your clinical judgment and compassion.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health services, aiming to reduce stigma and promote mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and socio-economic situations facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Licensed Mental Health Therapist position will possess:

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
