Multi-State Collection Law Firm has immediate openings for experienced First or Third party Account Representatives. Knowledge of the Legal Collections process is a plus.

For consideration all candidates must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements including: drug test, pre-employment background, fingerprinting and prior employment verifications.

Requirements/Qualified Candidates

  • Minimum 2 year of Customer Service or Collection preferred. Experience (preferred experience in a highly regulated Compliance environment)
  • Solid knowledge of FDCPA, UDAAP, FCRA, SCRA, GLBA
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills; Verbal amp; Written
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Ability to pass all firm amp; regulatory testing at hire, semi-annually amp; annually

Physical Demands And Work Environment
