Job description

City Tree Christian School is a wonderful community of teachers, staff, and families working together to educate our children in a loving Christian environment. We are a ministry of First Presbyterian Church committed to integrating educational excellence with the Bible-based teachings of Jesus Christ. We are an ethnically and socio-economically diverse school located in downtown San Diego. About 200 students attend our school-age infants through eighth grade. Our school is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
Seeking a responsible person for teaching and guiding a group of 10-12 children in all areas of learning. We are seeking a dependable, mature, and responsible person who is able to integrate their love for Christ with their teaching of young children and a staff member who is able to collaborate with other teachers to create an outstanding learning environment. Our preschool operates on a year round calendar.
Qualifications: Preschool teacher must have a minimum of 12 ECE units. Child Development Certificate and/or Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Child Development is preferred. Experience with children required.

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour depending on education and experience
